Responsibilities:

• Place quality bids on assigned technology projects.
• Actively bid on platforms like Upwork and find prospective leads via LinkedIn.
• Achieve targets and ensure profitability through margins.
• Deliver high-end results within the assigned deadlines.
• Coordinate with team members to manage and delegate tasks effectively.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assist in developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
• Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Guru, etc.).
• MBA in Marketing or any IT field.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the freelance industry is a plus.
